**Job Summary**:
The Demi Chef De Partie is responsible for assisting the Chef De Partie in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. This role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen, as well as contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the culinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation and Cooking**:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.

**Kitchen Operations**:
Support the Chef De Partie in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or issues to the Chef De Partie or Sous Chef.
Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness and organization.

**Supporting Senior Chefs**:
Assist senior chefs in various kitchen operations.
Execute tasks as directed by senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Quality Control**:
Ensure that all food items meet the highest quality standards.
Conduct regular checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure consistency and quality.

**Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and responsibilities.

**Training and Development**:
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff and trainees.
Stay updated on new cooking techniques and industry trends to enhance culinary skills.

**Hygiene and Safety**:
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Culinary arts degree or relevant certification.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
**Skills**:
Proficient in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
