Designation - Admin cum Accountant

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assisting in meeting preparation and documentation, including minutes.
- Ensuring smooth operation of office equipment and reporting malfunctions.
- Handling MOFA attestation and communicating with clients.
- Managing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Processing invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Preparing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintaining employee records and updating payroll information.
- Handling payroll inquiries or issues from employees.
- Maintaining organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of financial and employee records.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government authorities.

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and basic accounting functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ready to join Immediately
- Willing to travel KSA region

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
