Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **HSSE Manager - Assurance and Investigations **to join our team In this role you will get to **design and lead the HSSE assurance activities across one of the largest construction projects in the world.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provides expertise and technical assistance to the program executive, project management teams and functional lead for the implementation of the ESHARP, company and program HSSE processes.
- Designs, plans, and leads program wide and project specific assurance programs.
- Provides standards, training and coaching on assurance techniques to HSSE field staff.
- Provides data, insight and analyses of contractor, project and program performance in dashboard and report formats and via presentations.
- Designs and leads investigations, provides training and coaching on investigation techniques to HSSE field staff.
- Directs HSSE field staff in collaboration with project, sector, and functional leads regarding assurance activities.
- Acts as line manager/technical lead for the Qiddiya program HSSE field staff
- Receives assignments in terms of broad objectives from the HSSE functional lead in conjunction with program and project management.
- Reviews and interprets local safety regulations and standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety, including some supervisory experience. Professional certification preferred.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provides assurance and investigation SME capacity to the program HSSE team. Designs assurance packages, analytical provision, training and coaching and collaborative leadership. Supports the program and functional leadership and HSSE core team.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leads the development and implementation of program and project assurance plans.
- Assigns and provides technical supervision of safety performance and programs.
- Reviews contractors on bid list with regard to safety performance, qualifications and programs.
- Conducts safety audits through review and analysis of performance of safety records and safety inspections of various offices and projects in compliance with ESHARP Management.
- Participates with the HSSE core team, project, and program management team to present the company safety policy and explain implementation on the project.
- Assists the Workers’ Compensation Analyst in coordinating medical care and case management of employees injured at company facilities.
- Reviews loss control reports from company insurance carriers and regulatory inspection agencies and confers with appropriate management representatives on compliance with regulations and citations.
- Represents the company at national safety conferences.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
