- Responsibilities:

- Facilities management: manage & control the cleaning, pantry, clothing and uniforms, fleet, landscaping services, building maintenance, admin utilities at the office sites coordinating with the 3rd part providers.
- Administration: making sure all orders for office supplies and services are placed as per required by procurement processes.
- People practices: align good practices for all employees with strategic business initiatives. Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the businesses and functions they support
- Relationship management: ensure the service level provided is up to the standard and the contract terms and ensure internal client satisfaction. And respond to all questions regarding facilities and reasonable requests.
- Administration and compliance: ensure that all administrative tasks are attended to and in compliance with BRF internal rules & regulations.
- Participate in the department meetings, support the employees and leaders in the topics related do Admin & Facilities.
- Support the internal events, helping with the organization and execution.
- Responsible for analyzing and control the Admin & Facilities packages budget monthly, as well as plan the forecast.
- Guarantee the 5S, basic and safety conditions of the office area.
- Participate in the internal and external audits for related suppliers.
- HSE: demonstrate, by example, behavior for our commitments (Safety, Quality, Integrity), participate visibly in activities for implementing and improving HSE, efficiently and responsibly use the resources available, and be strategic and familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures and fire prevention.- Education**Academic Background**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or any related fields.
- Good command of English and Arabic.

**Desirable requirements**
- Experience in relationship with thirds parties. Knowledge of Administrative Support Providers
- Excel/ Word (Advanced), Windows
- Leadership and Planning skills
- SAP knowledge
- Working under pressure, ensure the quality of services rendered and welfare of employees

**Experience**
- 3 years of experience;- Knowledge in the office package (word, excel, power point and outlook)
- Knowledge in area indicators and management tools
