Job description

As part of a critical MENA leadership team for minimum 5 years with 10 to 15 years collective experience in working in Saudi Arabia, you must show a broad appreciation of all aspects of publishing operations and Business development in mobile gaming to achieve Tencent’s goals in coordination with different department leads across multiple stakeholders in a global framework. This include Develop and maintain effective relationships with all federal and government officials, Manage a team of 3-6 direct report and be responsible for the output of the departments resources, Advocates for, and manages, policy issues and leads the company’s engagement and campaign with senior internal stakeholders related to government affairs on priority issues, strategies, and/or programs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all federal and government officials.
- Provides advice to Senior management and leadership with strategic planning for known and potential regulatory activities related to the business and industry.
- Develop relationships with various public officials, Provide operational support to all legislative processes to ensure compliance and implement all public policies to achieve all objectives.
- Contributes to Identify, develop, and evaluate business strategy, based on company’s growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners to optimize the potential business.

**Requirements**:

- 10 to 15 years of government relations experience (at the management level) coupled with a strong understanding of government processes and institutions.
- Knowledge of federal laws and regulations related to government affairs including procurement, technology and industry specific regulations.
- Partnership Experience in Managing PR and Media agency teams including approval of all press office functions, media planning and influencer seeding/relationships. Build and maintain cross functional relationships and ways of working with the operations, commercial and finance teams to ensure robust plans are executed with key objectives according to market requirements.
- Supporting the Business Development & E-Sports senior team members to drive operational excellence, strong partnership collaborations and 360 integration across all marketing activities
- Experience on Diverse Marketing Capability leading all marketing operations. Create and Manage the regional gaming marketing sponsorship portfolio of partners.
- Business level proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (written and spoken)
- Gaming Experience will be a plus
