**Job Description**:
The Senior Content Manager for Social Media will be responsible for producing high-quality content for various social media platforms, as well as developing and executing creative concepts and campaigns for clients. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, account managers, and other copywriters, to ensure that content is on-brand, on-strategy, and meets client objectives.

**Technical & Product**
- Produce high-quality content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Translate content between English and Arabic, ensuring that the meaning and tone of the original content is preserved and effectively conveyed.
- Stay up to date on emerging social media platforms and best practices and ensure that content is optimized for each platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns, ensuring that content is on-brand and on-strategy.
- Use technical skills and knowledge of social media platforms to develop engaging and innovative content, such as animations, GIFs, and videos.
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training, research, and experimentation
- Review content created by other team members to ensure that it meets client objectives, is on-brand, and is of high quality.
- Assist team members in brainstorming sessions for content creation, bringing a deep understanding of language and the written word to convey messages.

**Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency**
- Ability to manage and lead teams, while guiding them in making the right decisions
- Understand client objectives and business goals and ensure that content is developed with these goals in mind.
- Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to develop project timelines and budgets and ensure that content is delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and follow processes and workflows that ensure efficient content production and distribution, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
- Use data and analytics to inform content decisions and optimizations, and continuously track and report on content performance.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive cost savings without sacrificing quality.

- Use analysis and logical reasoning to develop content strategies that align with client objectives and business goals
