Sarmad is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Our mission is to revolutionize the financial industry by delivering tailored, high-quality services that address the unique needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector, effectively presenting Sarmad’s offerings.
- **Account Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client-specific requirements.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, accurately forecasting sales activities and outcomes.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay updated on financial industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position Sarmad as a leader in the market.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with product and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in financial software, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of financial services, compliance, or investment operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Saudi National is a plus.
