We are seeking a talented and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, as well as assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs, including preparing employment contracts, conducting inductions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave management systems.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, including processing payroll, managing employee insurance coverage, and handling inquiries related to benefits eligibility and claims.
- Support the HR department in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures, as well as familiarity with HRIS software and tools.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.
