**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provides executive level administrative support with a strong focus on meeting arranging, calendar management, travel coordination and absorption of administrative tasks
- Proactively anticipates needs and independently manages detailed tasks to streamline the manager’s workload
- Handles sensitive information and resolve conflicts with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Other core duties and administrative support: engages with senior leadership team; greets visitors; answers telephone calls; coordinates and schedules meetings; handles all meeting logistics, organizes hospitality or other events; tracks and coordinates expenses; handles basic administration of the budget for the function (including office supplies/technology management); documents meetings; general administrative follow-up on behalf of the manager
- Manages and organizes office operations and procedures including but not limited to credit card processing, information management, filing systems, supplies, staffing.
- Maintains office equipment; negotiates and monitors purchase and lease contracts.
- Other duties or administrative projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years related experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Arabic and English language skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other collaborative tools
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
