YOUR TASKS:

- Establish excellent customer relationships and provide a high standard of service to customers (both internal and external) in accordance with company policy.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader and other sales staff.
- Operate manual and computerised office systems, e.g. filing papers as required and ensure these are accurately processed within set deadlines.
- Promptly answer and redirect any incoming telephone calls and serve visitors in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Take messages and call back information as required and ensure that all enquiries are effectively dealt with to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Assist with the arrangements for meetings and training and to take notes and minutes as required.
- Maintain adequate stocks of stationery and order supplies as necessary.
- Satisfactorily deal with any queries or complaints within set deadlines.
- Ensure that all records (manual or electronic) are up-to-date and accurate.
- Keep staff notice boards up-to-date and tidy.
- Keep personal skills and knowledge up-to-date.
- Comply with the company dress code and maintain a smart, business-like appearance at all times.
- Present a supportive, positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the job, the company and colleagues at all times.
- Actively promote the benefits of the company and its products and ensure that company policy and procedures are adhered to at all times

YOUR PROFILE:
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.-
- Analyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.-
- Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.-
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and/or 10-15 years of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding / Ocean carriers / high volume retailers with Ocean Freight business in the area of transportation, logistics or supply chain.OUR OFFER:
