**Main Activities**:
Coordination of design, implementation, integration, maintenance, control and improvement of the Integrated Management System based on requirements, international standards and other requirements (customer’s and legal) and BRF Standardization Norms and Programs, including BRF’s SEO and HSE Program. Ensure alignment among the certifications held by the factory. Audits of Integrated Management System.

**Responsibilities**

**Management System**

Coordinates design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management Systems: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001:2018, FSSC ISO 22000:2018 or other international standards in correlation with the business strategy of the company and requirements related to certification;

Performs the gap analysis of customers’, international standards and legal requirements in the Management System and its integration through existing procedures;

Coordinates the Implementation of the BRF’s Corporate Norms along the Departments;

Coordinates design and elaboration of new procedures or forms to ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external standards;

Establishes & coordinates the Control of Documents and Records;

Implements Continuous Improvement methodology in the Management System of the factory and continually improves the management system and its tools;

Elaborates and coordinates Context of organization and all the risk and opportunities related to the internal and external interested parties and follows up the action plan.

**Audits**

Creates and Implement Yearly Audit program;

Coordinates, plans, prepares and lead/co-lead Internal Audits of Integrated Management System (food safety, quality, health and safety and environment);

**HSE Program & Culture**

Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of BRF HSE Program (BRF Health, Safety and Environment Program);

**BRF Programs-Management Pillar**

Coordination and implementation of Management routine methodology (All BRFs and SEO Programs);

**Trainings**

Ensures that training kits for SEO Elements, induction and other programs are updated and available;

Management System Trainings induction;

Conducts all training for Management pillar elements (5s, Continuous improvement, Standardization, NC treatment, Check methodology, Management by objectives and Logbook);

Conducts trainings for Internal Auditors;

Ensures trainings for ISO Standards (or other) awareness.

**Corporate Risks assessment and Internal controls - Risk Exposure**

Coordinates implementation of the SOx requirements and follow up of the actions;
Coordinates of evaluation of business risks and risk assessment methodology with factory’s owners related to Halal Market Risk Mapping

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 yrs. of experience with Management System;
- Bachelor degree;
- Good command of the English language;
- Good knowledge in MS (Word/Excel/Power Point);
- Flexibility in working hours;
