Could you be the full-time onsite Personal Assistant (Saudi National) in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?

**Your future role**

We’ll look to you for:

- Managing and prioritizing the Manager’s schedule to enhance time efficiency,
- Ensuring effective and professional communication within the team and with external partners,
- Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity,
- Supporting the Manager and the team in project and bid management activities,
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of meetings and presentations,
- Facilitating smooth and efficient workflow by managing correspondence and deadlines,
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed,
- Demonstrating adaptability to the dynamic needs of the department and projects,
- Exhibiting a continuous learning mindset to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment"

- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field,
- Experience or understanding of providing high-level administrative support within a dynamic project environment,

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion,
- Proficiency in time management and ability to prioritize tasks,
- High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced setting
