In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing materials and logistics for offshore operations projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of materials and logistics for offshore operations projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to offshore locations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of required materials.
- Maintain inventory control and track material usage.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes to minimize delivery times and costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in materials management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of materials and logistics activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any materials-related issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials and equipment to ensure their suitability and quality.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on materials and logistics matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Materials Coordinator or a similar role in offshore operations.
- Extensive knowledge of materials management principles and processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using materials management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing materials and logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Flexibility to travel to offshore locations as required.
