**Responsibilities**:

- ** Accuracy**: Ensuring that payroll calculations and processing are accurate, with no errors or discrepancies in employee compensation.
- **
Compliance**: Ensuring that payroll processes and procedures comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, such as tax withholding, overtime pay, and minimum wage requirements.
- **
Timeliness**: Processing payroll in a timely manner, meeting all established deadlines for employee payments, tax filings, and reporting.
- **
Confidentiality**: Maintaining the confidentiality of employee payroll information and ensuring that sensitive data is protected from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- **
Efficiency**:Streamlining payroll processes and utilizing automation tools to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency in payroll administration.
- **
Cost Control**: Implementing cost-effective payroll practices and systems to minimize administrative expenses and optimize payroll-related resources.
- **
Employee Satisfaction**: Ensuring that employees receive accurate and timely payments, resolving any payroll-related issues promptly, and providing clear and transparent communication regarding payroll policies and procedures.
- **
Record-Keeping**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and tax information, to support financial reporting and auditing requirements.
- **
Integration**: Integrating payroll systems with other HR and accounting software to ensure seamless data flow and eliminate duplication of efforts.
- **
Continuous Improvement**: Continuously evaluating and improving payroll processes, systems, and controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with changing regulations and business needs. Collect information on working hours of each employee

**Qualifications**:

- BSc/BA in HR /accounting or similar relevant field
- SAP system experience
- Very good at Excel
- Very good in English
- Well known about other HR functions
- Great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Exquisite math and numerical skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Knowledge of Payroll Regulation.
- Strong attention to details.
