Currently, we are on the lookout for digital awards specialist in Saudi Arabia that can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.
**Requirements**:
Lead services and operations related to innovation and digital awards provided by the Center for Innovation and Emerging Technologies
- Designing and launching digital awards for government agencies to motivate government agencies to adopt and accelerate digital transformation, increase competitiveness, and improve quality Comprehensive digital services
- Cooperate and build permanent partnerships with Saudi government agencies and providers of digital awards
- Developing a repository of innovation and digital awards available at the local and international level
- Determine the introductory materials for important regional and international awards in the field of digital government and innovation and shortlist and develop them
- Support the communication and visibility of Digital Innovation Award winners and seekers of synergies with national innovation strategies and global innovation metrics
- Proactively promote the regional/global shortlisted awards to Saudi government agencies by increasing awareness of these awards and increasing the desire of those agencies' governments to participate
- Preparing content and awareness messages in cooperation with the central marketing / corporate communications team about national, regional, and international digital awards and certificatesAppreciation
- Updating and publishing the innovation calendar and digital awards available to government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and digital award providers
- Conducting activities to ensure that proactive and reactive requests are submitted to government agencies for digital awards

**Professional skills**
- From 3 to 5 years of professional experience. 2 to 4 years of specific work experience in Operations/Management/Public Relations
- High awareness of local and international digital awards
- Ability to identify and prioritize a list of research topics and develop the annual research agenda
- Ability to identify, collect and analyze inputs required for research, including data, market trends and leading market practices
- Ability to identify appropriate data sources, and to collect and select information that leads to accurate information management and decision making.
- Ability to manage the integration of data from different sources to create a single, accurate and comprehensive source of data measurement
- Strong technical expertise in IT related technologies (Windows and Mac), video conferencing solutions, collaboration platforms and technologies, hardware and software

networks and so on

**Personal skills**
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations
- Initiative and excellence in high energy and activity environments, and confidence in making decisions with limited and sometimes ambiguous information
- Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders, lead business contacts and service providers

- Strong critical thinking skills that enable an analysis of valuable information to make informed decisions

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, or an alternative qualification With relevant working experience
- Preferably holders of postgraduate studies in a related field

**Language proficiency**
- Arabic (mother tongue, or language proficiency in the work environment)
- English (language proficiency in the work environment
