**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
Communication Officer is responsible for raising brand awareness through the implementation of campaigns and events, and build long-term relationship with the customers to boost their loyalty.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Execute the marketing plan in line with the overall strategy and brand standards to creates value for company, brand and clients.

2. Implement the internal marketing communication programs and initiatives to enhance employees’ engagement and loyalty.

3. Continually enhance and further develop the current website to create a Visually-Engaging customer Journey.

4. Monitor the performance of the website to increase the usage and impact of it.

5. Develop a strong and dynamic presence on various social media channels.

6. Assist in the creation of press releases, editorials and advertorials aligned with the brand guidelines.

7. Implement PR campaigns and CRM activities to develop strong relationships with the clients and boost their experience.

8. Maintain strategic relationships and partner with key players, agencies, influencers and vendors which are relevant for the brand and can contribute to the marketing of SMAC.

9. Maintain and continuously update the CRM database

10. Implement internal and external events including sports and social.

11. Coordinate and document all aspects of each event to ensure all event requirements are met and smooth operation throughout event from ideation to execution

12. Participate in the preparation of the Marketing budget

13. execute the visual strategy to keep SMAC image strong

14. prepare periodic reports to Communication Manager about the plans progress.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertisement or any relevant field. At least 5 years’ experience in marketing positions with at least one year in Supervisory role, experience in similar environment will be a plus.
- Expertise in Digital marketing, event management and CRM.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Dedication with a ‘can-do’ approach
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to be productive under pressure
- Copywriting skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability and flexibility to travel
- Creativity and Basic design software experience.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Good written & spoken English & Arabic. Very-Good Computer Skills (MS, OS).

**JOB CONTEXT**

**Operating Environment**:

- Mainly job holder will work on Normal shift inside office.
- Traveling to other area inside Saudi is necessary to organize events.

**Communications & Working Relationships**:
Liaisons with department heads, Employees, Customers, Publishers, etc.

Coordinating with third party partners and suppliers to execute plans, events, and activities.

**Framework, boundaries, problems & decision-making responsibility**:
Task related decisions aligned with SMAC’s and Brands’ guidelines and standards under Communication Manager supervision.

Pay: ﷼6,500.00 - ﷼9,500.00 per month
