Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors to the office

Manage and maintain office files and records

Schedule appointments and meetings

Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Assist with travel arrangements and expenses

Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed

Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing

Requirements:

At least 3-4 years of experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Attention to detail and accuracy

Professional demeanor and appearance
