**Job Description: Chief Marketing Officer**

At Al Furqan Holdings, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our dynamic team. As the CMO, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the company. Your exceptional communication skills, market knowledge, and dedication to driving growth through innovative marketing strategies will be essential in helping us achieve our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
- Design and review the Marketing department’s budget.
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events.
- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives.
- Track competitors’ activities and provide suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.).
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM).
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your exceptional communication skills, market knowledge, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service will be essential in helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct thorough market research to determine property values and provide accurate pricing advice to clients.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Actively seek out new leads and potential clients through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members, including mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably within the local market.
- Valid real estate license in the state where you will be operating.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms for listing and marketing properties.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by client needs.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ﷼14,000.00 per month
