Johnson & Johnson Middle East MedTech is recruiting for a **Healthcare Compliance Specialist **to be located in Saudi Arabia ( Jeddah or Riyadh).

**Summary of the job**:
Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for and monitoring and pre-approval HCC related transactions by third party intermediaries in KSA for MD sector and will be responsible for fulfilling MECOMED disclosure requirements (Data Steward) in addition this position will help the HCCOs in any projects as needed.

This person is also responsible for maintaining existing HCC programs such as HCC Life for all distributors’ HCC related activities and implementing activities related to Management Action Plans

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Pre-approval of all HCC related activities by third party intermediaries
- Follow up with the requisters to ensure all post event documents are uploaded to HCC Life.
- Collecting of all data required to fulfil J&J disclosure obligations as per the MECOMED code of ethical business practice
- Follow up on the TPIs audit findings and implementation of the related MAP
- Works closely with HCC officers and maintains visibility to MecoMed
- Collaborates effectively with sales and marketing leadership
- Approves all the HCC related invoices to enable finance team to process the payments
- Working closely with internal and external auditors and providing them with the required reports and data regards to the audit purposes
- Providing reports and data to monitoring team and also assisting them whenever required with their queries
- Ensuring the actual spent is in line with the pre-approved amounts
- Checking whether the cost charged to J&J is correct
- Follow up with the concerned to obtain the credit notes
- Ensuring all the invoices have appropriate information as per audit requirements
- Ensuring that there is no duplication of invoices
- Checking the quality of the post event documents and the actual amount spent is in line with the approved amounts
- Following up with the Business for completion of pre event documents and ensuring that the post event documents uploaded on HCC life are intact and correct
- In case of discrepancy updating the same to the HCC team and requestors in order to fix the GAP
- Supporting business with any HCC life related queries on a day to basis
- Providing HCC life reports to Business, Auditors and monitoring, testing teams
- Working closely with internal and external auditors and providing them with the required reports and data regards to the audit purposes
- Providing reports and data to monitoring team and also assisting them whenever required with their queries
- Consolidating data for SFDA Requirements

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Education: a minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Years of Experience: minimum of 4 years working experience within the Healthcare Industry
- Language: fluency in English and Arabic
- Location: Jeddah or Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)
- Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- ME compliance / Medical Devices business knowledge (preferred)
