Guest Relationship Exexutive

**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relationship Executive is the primary point of contact for visitors at the mall, responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests. This role involves assisting visitors with their inquiries, addressing any concerns, and providing information about the mall’s services, events, and promotions. The Guest Relationship Executive plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and ensuring a pleasant environment for all patrons.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Welcome and Orientation**:
- Greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the mall, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Offer guidance and information about the mall layout, store locations, and available services.
- **Information and Assistance**:
- Assist guests with inquiries related to store locations, operating hours, ongoing promotions, events, and facilities within the mall.
- Handle any guest concerns, complaints, or emergencies promptly and efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- **Customer Service Support**:
- Coordinate with mall security, housekeeping, and other relevant departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Assist in the management of lost and found items, ensuring proper logging and communication with guests.
- **Event and Promotion Coordination**:
- Provide information about ongoing and upcoming events, promotions, and activities within the mall.
- Support the marketing team by assisting with the execution of promotional activities and events as needed.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Gather guest feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement in customer service and mall operations.
- Report recurring issues or concerns to the Guest Relations Manager for further action.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and feedback for reporting and analysis.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of informational materials, such as maps, directories, and promotional flyers.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role, preferably in a retail or mall environment.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
**Working Conditions**:
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- The role requires standing and walking for extended periods.
