SiemensEnergy is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join ourElectrification, Automation and Digitalization team as a Customer Service HeadAs the Customer Service Head, you will be responsible for leading a team ofservice engineers, driving the service business, and managing service contractsYour primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our customers,ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maximizing service revenue If you havea strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion fordelivering outstanding service in the automation, electrification, anddigitalization field, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to SiemensEnergy's mission of providing innovative solutions to our valued customers

**How you’ll make an impact?**
- Lead and manage a team of serviceengineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the delivery ofhigh-quality service to customers
- Develop and implement service strategiesand business plans to drive the growth of the service business and achieverevenue targets
- Collaborate with sales teams to identifyservice opportunities, develop service proposals, and negotiate servicecontracts with customers
- Manage service contracts, ensuringcompliance with terms and conditions, and proactively engage with customers tounderstand their needs and provide value-added services
- Drive customer satisfaction byoverseeing the timely and effective resolution of customer issues andcomplaints, maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistentlyexceeding customer expectations
- Monitor and analyze service performancemetrics, such as service response time, first-time fix rate, and customersatisfaction scores, and develop and implement improvement plans as needed
- Identify market trends, customerrequirements, and competitor activities, and provide strategic insights toenhance service offerings and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including engineering, product development, and operations, to provide input onproduct improvements, serviceability, and customer requirements
- Develop and maintain servicedocumentation, including service manuals, technical bulletins, and trainingmaterials, to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery
- Ensure compliance with safetyregulations, company policies, and quality standards in all service operations
- Prepare and present reports on serviceperformance, business growth, and customer feedback to senior management
- Promote, develop, and implement plansfor improving the FS capabilities across the Region - prioritize the mostcritical competency requirements and set targets for certifications
- Promote and implement cross utilizationand cross training across the region of service resources
- Establish excellent workingrelationships with the Heads of the other service organization within theregion and global EAD organization

**Whatyou bring?**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldA Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years in service business, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Extensive experience in field service management,preferably in the automation, electrification, or digitalization industry
- Strong technical knowledge of automation,electrification, and digitalization systems and equipment, such as controlsystems, electrical devices, and digital solutions
- Proven leadership and managerial skills, with theability to inspire and motivate a team of service engineers
- Demonstrated experience in driving service businessgrowth and managing service contracts (project management experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internalstakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyzemarket trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategicdecision-making
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achievingtargets, exceeding customer expectations, and continuous improvement
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively in across-functional environment and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organizational and time managementskills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to customer sites or otherSiemens Energy locations, as required
