We are looking for an IT BusinessAnalyst for the Siemens Energy business in the Middle East and Africa region.The role functionally reporting to a regional business engagement organization.You will be based in Dammam 2nd Industrial City in Siemens Energy

**How you’ll make an impact?**
- Assessbusiness requirements with regards to the value proposition (return on investmentand business cases) and decide about the implementation together with business
- Leadand coordinate (via appointed Project Coordinator) IT Projects/change requestsand supervises their delivery in quality, time, and budget
- Talkindependently with BU heads/value center heads/ CFO
- Maintainan up-to-date pipeline of demands/changes requests and projects
- Provideconsultancy to the business for IT supported end-to-end business processoptimization
- Uponhaving a detailed insight into the IT portfolio and processes, the businessanalysis responsibilities will be ramped up.
- Travelup to 20% (domestic/international)
- Youwill get a chance to learn new business and domain
- Opportunityto directly contact business and end-users

**What you bring?**
- Overallexperience
- 10+ years as a business analyst / Project management
- Specialist in requirement analysis,management and communication, RCA, planning and monitoring, reporting, solutionassessment and validation, documentation
- Having consistent record in financeand Supply chain domain
- Sophisticated knowledge of MS toolsesp. Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point
- SPIRIDON / SAP knowledge is anadvantage
- PMP/ BA certification is a plus
- Demonstrable ability to bring the benefitsof finance to seek business issues while also handling cost
- Ability to communicate effectivelyboth orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencingskills
- Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and tomanage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision andflexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks
- Effective problem-solving skillsand ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and responsive to theneeds of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personalstandards of behaviour.
- Experience in working in amultinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonalskills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office suite
