Project Manager

The project manager is responsible for delivering the project. Leading and managing project team, targets, and KPIs, with the authority and responsibility from the project board, to run the project on a day-to-day basis.
**Main duties & responsibilities**
- Lead the overall production process for the account - ensure consistency across all budgets, projects, and processes that we develop and deliver for our clients.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, managing SOW, KPIs, and the workflow process to ensure high quality creative and production output.
- Work closely with all members of the production, creative, account and strategy teams to ensure complete collaboration across all elements of production.
- Act as the escalation point for clients around production and/or staff issues/concerns.
- Raise red flags with the Business Manager & Executive Producer on any account or project elements before they become client issues.
- Monitor financial accountability including project financials, financial documentation required for reconciliation, revenue recognition and accurate timesheets with the Business Manager.
- Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods.
- Execute the integrity of the creative treatment across all deliverables through the Creative Division Heads of Department and all other creative staff, consultants, and contributors to the event.
- Negotiate third party partner relationships, including financial agreements.
- Support teams to look ahead within the timeline and manage all project outcomes.
- Serve as a point of resolution for solving problems related to process, deadlines, and conflicting priorities.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are delivered and addressed in a timely manner with Business Manager.
- Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and program status/action plan with Business Manager.
- Work with the Creative Coordinator and Operations Department to ensure that all production requirements for infrastructure, security, accreditation, medical and safety needs are met and managed.
- Assist the Executive Producer and Administration division in contributing to and adhering to risk management strategies in relation to the delivery of the Ceremony.
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by the Executive Producer.
- Manage, attend, and report on all production meetings for the event, and all other meetings in relation, as required
- Manage the advancement of tasks to meet contractual milestones and report on this regularly
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Extensive related/relevant work experience in Events / Art / Culture field
- Understanding of operational requirements for mid and large-scale events
- Demonstrable experience of a similar role
- Related degree & PMP certificates (desirable)
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office
