**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control policies and procedures in alignment with international accreditation standards.
- Lead the quality control team and provide strategic direction and guidance in all quality-related initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads and staff to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices throughout the organization.
- Serve as the primary liaison with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies, ensuring timely submission of required documentation and participation in site visits.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to track progress and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide training and education to staff on quality control processes, standards, and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, complaints, and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and best practices in quality control and accreditation standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Advanced/Master’s Degree in Quality Management or Equivalent is a Plus
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a Quality Control Director or Manager within an accredited hospital setting.
- Proven track record of successful accreditation with JCI, Magnet, or similar accrediting bodies.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, tools, and updates.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational change.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
