Telesales Team Leader

**_JOB DESCRIPTION_**
- Summary/ Objective_
We_ are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Team Leader to join our sales team. As _Tele Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Tele Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team, as well as providing them with the support and resources they need to be successful.
**_ Essential Functions_**
- _ Outbound Calling: Conducting proactive outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products or services, and close sales deals_
- _Sales Conversion: effectively presenting product information, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and persuading them to make a purchase._
- _Lead management: following up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels, ensuring a timely and accurate response to customer queries._
- _Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department._
- _Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns_
- _Record-keeping: maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information using CRM software._**_products)_**
- _Cross-selling and upselling in order to create more value for both the client and PayTabs_
- _Working alongside the Business Development team to ensure seamless buying and implementation_

- _Lead and manage a team of tele sales representatives to achieve sales goals_

- _Build and maintain relationships with key clients_
