We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IR Sales Team Leader to join our IR Team in KSA. As an IR Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading shop staff, driving shop sales, and ensuring effective communication with shop owners and staff. Your role will involve setting sales targets, providing training and support to shop staff, maintaining work discipline, and optimizing brand visibility in shops.Responsibilities:
Ø Lead and supervise a team of shop staff, providing guidance and coaching.

Ø Develop and implement strategies to achieve shop sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Ø Communicate monthly sales targets to shop staff, ensuring shop owners and staff are fully aware of the targets.

Ø Educate shop owners and staff about the sales incentive policy and clearly explain the calculation of incentives at different achievement levels.

Ø Conduct comprehensive training sessions for shop staff on the current in vivo lineup and product specifications.

Ø Foster work discipline and daily management by maintaining accurate records of shop inventory.

Ø Collaborate with the distributor to ensure timely payments and efficient management of new orders.

Ø Monitor and prevent any misuse of POSM provided by management, promptly reporting any issues.

Ø Ensure live demos are consistently available and fully charged for customer interactions.

Ø Share weekly reports, providing valuable insights and updates to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- KSA Driving License and Own Car.
- Experience in mobile phone/electronic products/clothing/real estate sales is preferred
- Age bracket: 19 to 30 years.
- Language: English is required
- Good at Excel & PPT
- Bachelor degree or above;
