Contract Compliance Specialist

Responsible for identifying, analyzing, monitoring and reporting compliance obligations arising from the organization contractual commitments related to service delivery contracts and agreements with payers, and related to strategic partnership and alliances
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Implements approved compliance methodologies, procedures and tools of Compliance Division, and develops compliance obligations response plans (CORPs) in coordination with compliance obligations owners.
2. Provides the Head, Contract Compliance and the Director of Compliance Division with continuous update on Organization’s status of CORPs and reports on levels of compliance with contractual commitments related to service delivery contracts and agreements with payers, and related to strategic partnership and alliances.
3. Identifies and analyzes compliance obligations and potential compliance risks arising from non-compliance with contractual terms of service delivery contracts and agreements with payers, and also strategic partnership and alliances.
4. Continuously coordinates and consults with Legal Counsel and Contracts Services function in order to understand and analyze the compliance obligations arising from Organization contractual commitments related to service delivery contracts and agreements with payers, and strategic partnership and alliances.
5. Updates compliance library with the emerging compliance obligations and maps these obligations to the concerned entities and processes.
6. Assists in the development of annual compliance assurance program plans, and in preparation of Compliance Division’s periodic reports.
7. Performs compliance review of compliance obligations as part of annual Compliance Assurance Program and prepares compliance review reports including results of the review.
8. Follows all Organization’s policies and procedures.
9. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Education**:
Primary discipline: Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or other related discipline is required.
Secondary discipline: Bachelor’s Degree in other speciality plus Master’s in primary discipline is required
**Experience Required**:
Seven (7) years of related experience or seven (7) years of experience [five (5) years primary / two (2) years secondary] with Master’s, or nine (9) years of primary experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
- Saudi National Only.
