Head, Contract Compliance

Responsible for the implementation of the Contract Compliance Framework in the Organization. Support the Director of Compliance to ensure that Compliance Division, as a second line of defence, is enabling Organization’s divisions, departments and sections to take the needed measures to adhere to compliance obligations arising from applicable laws and regulations, strategic partnership and service delivery agreements and Organization’s Bylaws, Administrative Policies and Organization-wide guidelines.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, monitoring and reporting on compliance obligations arising from Organization’s contractual commitments related to service delivery contracts and strategic partnership & alliances.
2. Continuously coordinate and consult with Legal Counsel in order to understand and analyze the compliance obligations arising from Organization’s contractual commitments related to service delivery contracts and strategic partnership & alliances.
3. Ensure that the Division adhere to local and international guidelines and standards relevant to compliance management.
4. Develops compliance obligations response plans and monitor their progress by Organization’s divisions, departments and sections across the organizations, and escalate delays that poses high compliance risk to the Director of Compliance.
5. Ensures compliance library is continuously updated with the emerging compliance obligations and map these obligations to the concerned divisions, department, sections and processes.
6. Perform compliance review of compliance obligations as part of annual Compliance Assurance Program and prepare compliance review reports including results of the review.
7. Prepare the periodic reports for the performance of the department and submit it to the Director of Compliance and monitor the achievement of departments Key Performance Indicators.
8. Assist the Director of Compliance in the development and implementation of Compliance Management Framework in the Organization.
9. Assist in the development of annual compliance assurance program plans.
**Education**:
Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospital/ Business Administration, Law, or related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
Nine (9) years of related experience with Master’s including five (5) years at a managerial/supervisory position, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
