In this role, you will be a part of Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Contribute to sales plan in a specific region and Define sales strategy for targeted clients.

As the Lead Sales Specialist, you will lead relevant processes relating to our sales & channels business. You will collaborate with relevant OFS stakeholders to ensure our objectives are met with a proper execution pace.
As Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Including key accounts within a single business group/ P&L
- Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
- Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Handling diverse clients in the region or territory.
**Fuel your passion**
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent “Engineering is preferable”, from an accredited university or college
- Have a Minimum of 7 additional years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry (Artificial Lift is a plus).
- Have a proven experience in Sales
- Be highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Be able to demonstrate deep project management skills and process improvement skills
- Have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
