**Responsibilities**:

- Take the reins of our sales CRM system (Salesforce or Pipedrive), ensuring seamless data management, accurate entry, and real-time updates to empower our sales team.
- Create visually stunning sales reports, dashboards, and metrics that provide invaluable insights into performance, empowering our team to make data-driven decisions.
- Become the go-to expert in our CRM system, providing comprehensive training, crafting clear documentation, and offering hands-on troubleshooting support to our sales team.
- Innovate and implement streamlined sales processes, transforming how we operate by maximizing efficiency, quality, and consistency throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure the seamless tracking and attribution of leads, guaranteeing that no opportunity goes unnoticed.
- Team up with our finance department to reconcile revenue data and ensure meticulous accuracy in our financial forecasts.
- Harness the power of sales enablement tools to supercharge our sales team's productivity, aligning them with our strategic objectives.
- Continuously evaluate our sales processes and systems, proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration, working hand in hand with Business team, legal, and Account management teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

**Requirements to Apply**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passionate about sales operations with at least 3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related roles.
- A proven track record working with Salesforce or Pipedrive, showcasing your ability to harness these powerful tools to drive sales success.
- Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to uncover insights and implement impactful solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar, enabling you to turn raw data into actionable insights.
