Governance & Contracts Manager

AlUla Club is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Governance & Contract Manager to join our team. As the Governance & Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Club's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as managing all contracts and agreements. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing governance frameworks and policies, overseeing contract negotiations, and managing contract administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure they comply with Club policies and procedures and accurately represent the Club's interests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to negotiate contracts and resolve any contractual disputes or issues.
- Maintain a central repository of contracts and related documents, ensuring proper execution and adherence to contract management best practices.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, and obligations.
- Conduct regular contract reviews to identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract matters, including contract interpretation and compliance issues.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to governance and contracts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in governance, contract management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on contract law.
- Experience in developing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the sports industry or a related field is preferred.
