The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in (Job Location Dhahran/ Saudi Arabia) and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

**As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in**:

- Learning Product/Service Knowledge: Understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Bently Nevada products and services. Familiarize yourself with the target market and customer needs.
- Sales Support: Assist sales managers in administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data, including sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Contribute to generating insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Training and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of sales processes. Seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to continuously improve performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as commercial, customer service managers, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.

**T**o be successful in this traineeship you will**:

- Have a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred Graduated within the last 24 months.
- Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events.
