**Job Purpose
Effectively review assigned contracts controlling and mentoring all contracts ensuring that all purchasing procedure and requirements are followed correctly. Control and supervise all tender purchases, including quotation control of items to ensure all procedures and requirements are followed.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Arrange the meeting and participate with all committees related to tenders and contract.
- Responsible to support to manage the specified T&C function.
- Issue RFP, manage, and follow up on specific Tenders and Evaluate results and vendor feedback.
- Following & Handling any tasks provided by the line manager within the related function.
- Defines the requirements of requested supplies with contract terms.
- Awards and expedites orders after tender has been approved.
- Instructs and Ensures tender specifications are complete and in an acceptable format.
- Ensures that Contracts are compatible with the Bid, Bid Award Notification and Examination of Bids Committee result.
- Coordinates with end user in regards with the technical specifications
- Designs and develops request for proposals and associated tender documents.
- Prepares Purchasing Contracts in accordance with KAAUH Policies and Procedures.
- Insures that tender specifications and terms are followed.
- Insures that governmental procurement low followed
- Ensures tender specifications are complete and in an acceptable format.
- Arranges for delivery dates and notifies appropriate Supplies Department of due date.
- Instructs the arrangement of meetings and bid opening committees as instructed.
- Ensures that departmental and KAAUH policies and procedures are followed.
- Reviews Supplies policies and procedures pertaining to Tender purchase administration.
- Analyses quotations submitted for presentation to relevant selection committees.
- Respects patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture.
- Participates in and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Performs other job related duties, as assigned.
- Coordinates & follow up with all related committees and stakeholder.
- Train junior staff on the purchasing processes and daily work.

Qualification and Experience:
Minimum or Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Material Management, Administration specialty (such as Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Law, etc.), Healthcare specialty (such as Pharmacist, Allied, etc.) or other related fields. with 6 years of Experience.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Material Management, Administration specialty (such as Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Law, etc.), Healthcare specialty (such as Pharmacist, Allied, etc.) or other related fields. with 4 years of Experience.
