**Summery**:
The core part of this role is to oversee all elements of the IT procurement and contracts, hardware and software assets, Cellular plans and services and Invoice processing. The primary focus would be the MEA region but would require a global standard to be both adopted and promoted. The position will report to the Head of IT Procurement, Contracts and IT Asset Management and will lead strategic initiatives and shape our policies and procedures in the areas mentioned above. He/she will be s ituated in a highly visible and high-impact role, who will have the opportunity to build a team and participate in a dynamic, changing industry.

This role will Administer a team of IT Asset Manager, IT Procurement, Invoice Processing and Cellular devices management.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible and accountable for the entire life-cycle management of information technology assets, i.e., hardware and software including cellular services. Lead and manage the requisition, approvals as per MOA, acquisition, receiving, maintenance renewals and disposal of IT assets.
- Ensures audit compliance for IT assets, that the department maintain accurate record of all IT hardware & software licenses, service agreements, contracts, proof of purchases, warranties for our software/hardware, and information regarding deployed and in-stock inventory of all equipment.
- Able to perform true-up of software licenses as required by Enterprise Agreement.
- Recommend and implement procurement strategies to optimize technology investments to scale technology procurement needs as NTL grows.
- Oversee product/vendor due diligence, develop purchase recommendations for executive approval, and conduct price and contract negotiations with vendors.
- Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements.
- Strong understanding and hold on inventory replenishment.
- Develop business process models and make recommendations regarding solution options and deployment strategies.
- Oversee contract management, statements of work, requests for proposals, and everything in between.
- Collaborate closely with our Accounting and Finance teams regarding software and vendor audits, equipment invoices, reconciliation, and license counts.
- Ensure that contracts are current and future vendor relationships follow NTL specific vendor guidelines meeting Security and Legal requirements.
- Creates collaborative partnerships with business stakeholders to plan and execute various IT Procurement, IT Contracts, and IT Asset Management activities.
- Create and support asset management, cellular device and procurement policies and processes. Propose process improvements.
- Serve as leader, mentor, coach, and operational resource for the team; will supervise, develop, and monitor performance of goals and objectives.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Lead efforts in providing monthly optimization reports for the company’s spend, IT assets / IT contracts.
- Support documentation standards by ensuring that all the documents are readily available during normal operations as well as during any emergency situation.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for associates.
- Practice and encourage others to practice in a professional and ethical manner that reflect credit on their profession.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- Industry-specific certifications, e.g., Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), Certified Hardware Asset Manager (CHAMP), Certified IT Asset Disposal (CITAD), Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Financial Accounting, a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret software license agreements to determine usage restrictions, entitlement limits, license metric definitions, and reporting responsibilities.
- Ability to tactfully work with suppliers and contractors who provide a broad spectrum of products and services.
- Business acumen and general knowledge of accounting, budgeting, inventory, and logistics.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business experience related to disciplines such as IT Hardware Asset Management, IT Software Asset/License Management, IT Procurement, and/or IT Contract Management.
- Understanding of the business value of IT Asset Management and the ability to drive results toward defined objectives.
- You have previous experience handling domestic and international vendor relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, negotiation, problem solving, able to liaise with IT management and staff confidently and effectively across different regions and time zones.
