**Job Summary**:
Manage the entire Supply Chain aspects aspects of the Company: Planning, Material, Warehouse, Distribution, and Import/Export.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**General**
- Recruit, hire and develop an optimally staffed, technically proficient and highly motivated team
- Build consistent team understanding of objectives, standards, procedures; develop regular and open means of team communication (staff meetings, status reports, individual meetings)
- Developing, recommending and implementing purchasing, planning, and logistic procedures.

**Planning**
- Oversee the entire Production Plan including the Production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, imports/exports, and warehousing.
- Manage production plan, issuing Job Orders and DHR to meet Customer demand and maintain Safety Stocks
- Manage raw material and finished goods Inventory to ensure optimized levels

**Material**
- Working jointly with commodity buyers to develop the supplier base to meet quality and on time delivery requirements as well as developing new local suppliers as required to meet stated objectives
- Maintain regular supplier quality and on-time delivery metrics - providing monthly reporting
- Management PO placement process & ensure RAW material on-time deliveries (internal / external suppliers)

**Warehouse**
- Responsible for managing warehouse operations and improvements (receiving, storage, kitting, finished goods).
- Responsible for material movement and goods and maintenance of inventory control records;
- Ensures inventory security and FIFO handling in warehouses and storage

**Distribution**
- Responsible for ensuring that deliveries of Masimo Saudi Arabia’s products occur in accordance with the customer requirements and government requirements that exist
- Implement distribution strategies as defined by the Global Logistics team

**Import/Export**
- Ensure compliance with Masimo Import/Export procedures as well as local regulations

**Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Five or more years of related experience
- Team player committed to working in a quality environment
- Strong demonstrated communication, negotiation and customer satisfaction skills required
- Excellent computer skills - ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets;
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
- Good conceptual, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Agile experience is a plus

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree required
- Physical requirements/Work Environment _
This position primarily works in an office and manufacturing/production environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
