The opportunity

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia.

Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Effectively transition supply chain providers pursuant to desired commercials & terms e.g. evaluate and negotiate with incumbent suppliers, introduce alternative/preferred suppliers.
- Reviewing supplier contract and formation inc. SLA’s, KPI’s etc.
- Providing on boarding process within SCM systems and liaising with other gateway owners to progress i.e. Operations, QHSE and finance teams.
- Leading supplier sourcing, tenders/RFQ, selection and benchmarking.
- Managing platforms such as PowerBi and share point team portal.
- Driving vendor savings and strategic efficiencies within the supply chain, focusing on economies of scale and scope and innovation.
- Monitoring the team inbox and acting as a point of contact for general enquiries and escalations.
- Monitoring, reviewing and reporting supplier performance statistics.
- Delivering strategic supply chain management plans to identify and deliver value improvement (cost and service) for the client.
- Providing data collection and audit assurance of compliance to KPIs.
- Maintaining and supporting the master scope ‘cost and frequency’ file.
- Assisting operational team with communication of potential changes in the market place including statutory.
