**Project Management**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of residential and real estate projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Cost Management**:

- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor project expenditures and financial performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

**Deadline Management**:

- Establish and enforce project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Proactively identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other project-related documents.
- Handle correspondence, inquiries, and communications related to project activities.

**Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project management, preferably in residential and high-value real estate projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
