- As a Field Service Engineer, you deal with the following tasks:
- Provide efficient quality service and training to our customers
- Maintain our modern systems, repair/replace parts and ensure a safe and clean workplace/customer premises
- Submit reports, create tickets and monitor the performance of our systems
- Communicate reliably with our customers and team members to ensure the high quality of Swisslog Healthcare's products and to satisfy our customers

**Your competence**:

- B.S. Degree: Mechatronics/Electronic Engineering
- Related experience, or job equivalent
- Ability to read blueprint, schematics and wiring diagrams to extract necessary technical information
- Open, communicative appearance with interest in people
- PC Computer software and hardware literate/Windows Application experience
- 3-5 years of field service experience on related electro-mechanical products
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing), Arabic language skills desireable (not mandatory)
- Driving license
