**Position Overview**: As a Pre-sales Director at Infinite PL, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by leading our pre-sales efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of pre-sales professionals, developing strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement pre-sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

**Client Engagement**: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, identify opportunities, and develop customized solutions that address clients' business challenges.

**Solution Design**: Work closely with product and technical teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings that meet client needs and differentiate Infinite PL in the market.

**Proposal Development**: Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of Infinite PL solutions.

**Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster trust, drive engagement, and support business growth.

**Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to inform pre-sales strategies and decision-making.

**Performance Tracking**: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of pre-sales activities and drive continuous improvement.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of pre-sales initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) in a pre-sales leadership role within a digital services organization.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful pre-sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead a high-performing team.
