As a leading talent acquisition consultancy, Eram Talent specializes in connecting our clients with highly skilled professionals across various industries. The Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the communication efforts of the organization and maintaining a positive brand image.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement effective communication strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Write and edit content for various communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, website, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials and collateral.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of proven experience in planning, implementing and evaluating effective internal communications within an organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
