- مسؤول على أرشفة ملفات المستأجرين وتحديثتها الدورية
- مسؤول عن عمل (تجديد - إنشاء - فسخ) عقود الإيجار وفقا للنظام المتبع
- مسؤول عن التأكد من إتمام إجراءات الإخلاء بشأن الوحدات المنتهية عقدها أو الصادر بشأنها قرارات إخلاء.
- دعم أقسام الحسابات والتأجير بشأن مستجدات التأجير وملفات العملاء
- التواصل الجيد مع العملاء بشأن تسليم الوحدات الجارى إخلائها وفقا لبيانات العقود
- الإمتثال التام لنظام العمل داخل الشركة والحفاظ على سير العمل بشكل سلس مع الحفاظ على الآرشفة لجميع العمليات ذات الصلة
