Key Responsibilities:

- Online Advertising: Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising, to maximize ROI.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines and manage link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns, manage social profiles, and cultivate an engaged online community.
- Data Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to make improvements.
- E-commerce Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the user experience and drive conversions on the website.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively.

Key Requirements:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches and participating in client meetings and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Experience of hiring and managing a team of digital marketing specialists, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing.
