**Specialized Knowledge**:

- Strong background in all areas of Human Resources, effective communication knowledge of adult
- learning styles, formatting benchmarks and both conceptual and analytical skills, Good statistical knowledge

**Purpose of Work**:

- Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources General Manager in all areas of Human Resources,includes Compensation & Benefits, Manpower Planning, Recruiting, Training & Career Development, and to a lesser extend Housing & Office Services and Grievances & Labor related issues. He also leads in the provision of Organizational Development/Design Initiatives. Develop and manage the implementation of related policies and procedures in all areas of Human Resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional knowledge of principles and best practices in human resource and expert advice on a range of human resource queries and opportunities arising from within Client, in accordance with Client policy and legislative requirements - Serving as internal consultant by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions
- Consult with organizational stakeholders on the development of policy and HR practices, recommend changes regarding workflow and undertake human resource projects which contribute to the building of human resources within the organization - Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Stays current with developments and trends in HR, related organizational, legislative changes, and business disciplines and strategy
- Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource related projects and priorities which are aligned with Strategic Business Objectives and KPIs. Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
- Support larger HR initiatives & frameworks by ensuring continuity and successfully delivery of functional services such as manpower optimization, recruitment and selection. Compensation and benefits, training and career development, industrial and labor relations, succession planning, employee relations and retention and employee/community services.
- Provide expert consultancy and advise to Cleint on learning and organizational development matters, particularly in regard to leadership and management development, organizational change, staff performance management and development planning, organizational orientation and induction, organizational development policies.
- Provide advice on structure of the company, suggest job titles, and suggest allocation of resources (i.e. personnel) in the right places to improve efficiency and increase productivity based on benchmarking studies
- Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
