Main Duties and Responsibilities:
BASIC FUNCTION
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Operations, and within the limits of the operational standards, the Human Resources Admin Manager will manage Human Resource related activities including succession planning, talent management, recruitment, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations initiatives. Moreover, he/she performs the monthly reports while administering the HR staff and maintaining internal control to ensure efficient operation.
Main Duties:
Internal: Works in harmony with all hotel employees, maintains excellent relationships and professionalism among colleagues. Reports to and keeps the DO informed on all major operational matters
External: Treats all related departments as his internal customer & maintains good relationship with them
Materials: All Human Resources Officer Materials.
**Responsibilities**:
Plan and forecast the short and long-term talent requirements for the hotel to support its business plans
Maintain a best practice recruitment approach to attract the best applicants
Build a strong career and succession planning system to retain and develop talent
Implement training and development strategies to continuously improve performance and customer service
Oversee the hotel's human resources database and payroll system
Provide a framework for counseling, coaching, and welfare services
Manage the calendar of Team Member social events
Manage and resolve, promptly and completely, all employee relations issues
Maintain an awareness of competitor human resources activities and best practices
Ensures all new hire paperwork, benefits, performance appraisals, disciplinary action forms and other pertinent personnel documents are filed appropriately and maintained in accordance with the company HR practices.
Conducts department’s meetings, briefings & internal training sessions as required.
Act wholeheartedly in the interests of the Company at all times & not to perform, arrange or carry out any work or activity which could be considered to be in competition with or affect in any way the company interests or be detrimental or damaging to its public image.
Carry out any reasonable & lawful direct instruction given by the DO.
