**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We’re looking for a Post Setup Account Manager for the rapidly scaling Post Setup business line within AstroLabs Business Growth Solutions, where we support the long-term growth of leading companies in the Gulf. Our Post Setup business line is based out of our coworking space in Riyadh, a thriving business hub with around 200 companies.

Our specialized, on the ground team have streamlined regulatory compliance, from the renewals of company licenses and documentation to Saudization and governmental portal management. We also offer HR and PRO services to take care of the administrative needs of our clients as they scale in the Kingdom. The delivery of such client services is one of the most important aspects of the companies’ business journeys and directly impacts their operations and growth in KSA.

Our Post Setup Account Manager should be an experienced operations and customer excellence professional with a track record of managing a portfolio of clients successfully. We’re looking for someone who can independently manage a varied portfolio with key and complex accounts. They need to be process-oriented and experienced in establishing and implementing processes and operational improvements.

This is a highly organized individual with extreme attention to detail who will deliver our Post Setup services (HR, PRO and GRO services) at a world-class standard to our clients. They need to be able to dive deep into the daily operations of the services they provide, while keeping a strategic approach to process management and customer obsession. Customer experience and sales skills are necessary in order to build rapport with clients, ensure client satisfaction, generate testimonials and promotional material, promote referrals, and drive client retention and renewals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operations**:

- Understand and uphold process flows, dependencies, inputs, outputs, and timelines.
- Liaise with government entities online and in person as required to deliver the Post Setup services (e.g. MISA, MC, MOFA, Chamber of Commerce, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with them to continuously enhance the collaboration.
- Liaise with partners and providers online and in person as required to deliver Post Setup services that may not be fully done in house (e.g. law firms, insurance companies, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with them to continuously enhance the collaboration.
- Learn and master how to work on the required governmental portals in order to ensure our clients are compliant with all of the requirements and regulations (e.g. QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.). Regularly work on such portals to deliver the Post Setup services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Execute our Post Setup services at a high standard. These include but are not limited to:

- Renewal of company licenses, registration and certificates
- Issuance and renewal of work permits and visas, iqamas, sponsorship transfers
- Registration of employees, Saudization analysis and certificates, employee amendments such as occupation changes
- Assistance with payroll, health insurance issuance, compliance with social insurance contributions.
- Maintain and update the CRM and all internal systems, ensuring all client data is accurately captured, tracked, and updated regularly.
- Proactively review the operations process and systems and propose recommendations to drive improvements.
- Manage the implementation of new processes and/or services that we may offer.
- Be able to manage Client Relations Associate(s) as required, with support and training from the management as required.

**Client Management**:

- Proactively address client requirements and concerns, ensuring clients are continuously and thoroughly supported.
- Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively seek client feedback and take positive action to improve their experience.
- Communicate effectively and continuously with clients to keep them informed, to set clear expectations, and to guarantee that they delive
