**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We’re looking for a Post Setup Client Relations Associate for the rapidly scaling Post Setup business line within AstroLabs Business Growth Solutions, where we support the long-term growth of leading companies in the Gulf. Our Post Setup business line is based out of our coworking space in Riyadh, a thriving business hub with around 200 companies.
Our specialized, on the ground team have streamlined regulatory compliance, from the renewals of company licenses and documentation to Saudization and governmental portal management. We also offer HR and PRO services to take care of the administrative needs of our clients as they scale in the Kingdom.
Our Post Setup Client Relations Associate should be an Operations professional who is customer-oriented and experienced in overseeing different client accounts. The role entails taking care of the HR, PRO and GRO services we offer to our Post Setup clients. The delivery of such client services is one of the most important aspects of the companies’ business journeys and directly impacts their operations and growth in KSA.
We’re looking for an operational individual who is process-oriented, highly organized and with extreme attention to detail to be able to deliver our Post Setup services at a world-class standard. Customer experience is also necessary in order to build rapport with clients who usually subscribe to these services for long periods of time and to communicate effectively with them throughout their business growth journey.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Operations**:
- Understand and uphold process flows, dependencies, inputs, outputs, and timelines.
- Liaise with government entities online and in person as required to deliver the Post Setup services (e.g. MISA, MC, MOFA, Chamber of Commerce, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with them to continuously enhance the collaboration.
- Liaise with partners and providers online and in person as required to deliver Post Setup services that may not be fully done in house (e.g. law firms, insurance companies, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with them to continuously enhance the collaboration.
- Learn and master how to work on the required governmental portals in order to ensure our clients are compliant with all of the requirements and regulations (e.g. QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.). Regularly work on such portals to deliver the Post Setup services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Execute our Post Setup services at a high standard. These include but are not limited to:
- Renewal of company licenses, registration and certificates
- Issuance and renewal of work permits and visas, iqamas, sponsorship transfers
- Registration of employees, Saudization analysis and certificates, employee amendments such as occupation changes
- Assistance with payroll, health insurance issuance, compliance with social insurance contributions.
- Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated, ensuring all client data is accurately captured, tracked, and updated regularly.
**Client Management**:
- Proactively address client requirements and concerns, ensuring clients are continuously and thoroughly supported.
- Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively seek client feedback and take positive action to improve their experience.
- Communicate effectively and continuously with clients to keep them informed, to set clear expectations, and to guarantee that they deliver what is needed for us to be able to provide our services seamlessly.
- Own the handling of a set of clients from A-Z: from onboarding into the Post Setup business offerings, to the regular monthly delivery of their required services, to their offboarding at the time of service completion or subscription termination.
