**We are looking for a proactive and professional Post Setup Account Manager **to join our Saudi team**

The role will support the Saudi Country lead to manage and maintain relationships with AstroLabs clients (local and international investors, entrepreneurs, and companies) who are looking to expand their business to Saudi Arabia.

Our Post Setup Account Manager should be a customer-oriented professional who can manage the delivery of our licensing and incorporation services and products and can build rapport with clients to increase satisfaction and referrals. We want someone who has operational knowledge, communication skills, and customer service skills. As the point of contact for our clients, we want someone who is professional, proactive, and reflects our 'Make it Happen' attitude

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Management**:

- Ensure every client receives the necessary support during their expansion with post-setup services (including progress tracking, frequent follow-ups, issue resolution, etc.).
- Provide world-class customer service to all clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Offer relevant advice to managers and team members regarding current changes and system updates related to the Ministries.
- Ensure proper reception and guidance for clients before, during, or after the engagement process through comprehensive onboarding sessions, clear communication, and the creation of informative content.
- Address and escalate areas of concern raised by clients, providing live feedback to management with potential solutions and recommendations.

**Operations**:

- Manage the Government portals for clients, continuously updating and performing related tasks.
- Manage client accounts under our Post-setup Membership Agreement.
- Register companies with relevant Government portals such as GOSI, National Address, Qiwa, Mudad.
- Investigate and prepare documents and reports on any new processes implemented by the Government.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government entities such as MISA, MCI, MLSD, and others through frequent and active engagement, reporting, and personal visits.
- Obtain testimonials and document customer feedback on a continuous basis.
- Attest and notarize documents at the relevant government entities (MISA, MoC, MoJ, MOFA).
- Visit Ministries to follow up on any delays or bottlenecks in their expansion process in KSA.

**Product Development**:

- Continuously and proactively propose ways to enhance clients' experience by identifying new services and products that provide high value and impact.
- Investigate and prepare documents and reports on any new processes introduced by the Government.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent Time and Task management
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- 1-2 preferred total years of relevant experience
- Previous co-op training and work placement is a plus
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit is a plus
