**Job Description**:
Our Medical Affairs team advances patient care by engaging in scientific exchange with external medical experts and industry professionals ensuring the scientific value of our products is realized. We engage and train internal employees to ensure that they thoroughly comprehend the science behind the medicine and review further unmet medical needs to bolster collaboration and further differentiate our portfolio.

**Brief Description of Position**:
**Major Accountabilities**:

- Local Oncology Franchise Medical Strategy & Planning.
- Local Scientific leader engagement/planning.
- Collaborative activities with local Oncology Societies/Scientific community.
- Local Promotional & Non-promotional compliance for Oncology activities, materials & programs.
- Lead effectively a team of Medical Advisors.
- Medical Training.

**Medical activities**:

- Ensure regular scientific updating for Sales & Marketing team.
- Provide medical input including patient flow analysis to support development of a robust marketing strategy & optimal forecasting.
- Proactively communicate the science behind our company's Oncology portfolio to scientific leaders in terms of locally registered products & reactively respond to their queries on our Oncology pipeline.
- Construct & execute valuable scientific educational activities to position us as a partner to the oncology scientific community.
- Conduct advises seeking activities (ex: Advisory Boards) for proper understanding of local epidemiology & management patterns across indications, according to our company, local & international compliance guidelines/regulations.
- Conducts medical training to the Oncology Commercial, Access, Sales & Regulatory functions.
- Review & approve local promotional materials while ensuring adherence to our guidelines/SOPs as well as International Promotional compliance standards.
- Ensures all Oncology promotional & non promotional activities/ programs in the country are executed in a compliant manner according to our regulations/codes/SOPs in adherence with Local & International compliance regulations/standards.

**Clinical Research**:

- Supports Clinical research activities for Global & local studies.
- Identification of appropriate local sites/ investigators for Oncology clinical research programs.

**Pharmacovigilance**:

- Ensures timely reporting of adverse events & assists local Pharmacovigilance team in assessment & completion of required data for optimal reporting.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Physician
- 2 years’ experience in Medical Affairs department, in a Multinational Pharmaceutical company.
- Strong Scientific background & understanding of Medical Affairs.
- Preferable Oncology TA experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills & ability to engage with Scientific Leaders in a confident high-level scientific exchange/rapport.
- Arabic & English Fluency.
- Good utility of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
