Business Development Manager

To drive sustainable, scalable and consistent growth across K.S.A. Playing an integral part in developing and implementing the company’s Business development and Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts and strategic direction of the Company. Responsible for selecting, on-boarding and managing customers and customer in line with the company’s Sales Strategy and acting as a single point of contact for specified area. Accountable for increasing the company’s Market Share by selling the products and services of the company represents to existing customers; and by developing and on-boarding new Customers. Representing the company’s core values in meetings with customers and prospects alike. Interface efficiently with other functions of the company to ensure customer satisfaction is ensured.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**:
Key accountabilities and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to the following (Direction may be given for additional tasks outside the scope of work described at the discretion of the Management from time to time):
- Business Development, Go to Market Formulation, Planning and Strategy Contribution.
- Ensuring sustainable, scalable and consistent growth across KSA
- Sales Target Achievement and Effective Forecasting.
- Business Development - Sourcing Appropriate customers/Partners to work with the company.
- Attracting and identifying the right Partner’s to work with the company
- Building sustainable relationships with our Customers for mutual success
- Gaining feedback and suggestions to ensure continuous improvement
- Sales Administration and Reporting
- Maintaining accurate sales records through our systems
- Open and Transparent Communication
- Meeting Participation and Report
**PROFILE, QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- **Digital Marketing** expertise is critical
- Minimum of 8 year’s overall experience in Sales / Business Development offering digital marketing services
- Understanding Sales structures and Margin structure is advantageous.
- MENA Sales expertise can be demonstrated (for example: details of accounts won / managed, with good relations/deals won/contacts etc.)
- Fluent in English and Arabic is essential, Farsi, French or Hindi is an advantage.
- Analytical / Problem Solver
- Retains Ownership
- Well planned and organized
- Strong interpersonal / Communication skills / Team player.
