Job Purpose:
- Manage the financial closing process and monthly CMF actuals submission of P&L and Balance Sheet and Headcount by working closely with GCC, HUB and ICSS.- Lead the monthly actuals review presentation to BU.- Lead the quarterly balance sheet reviews presentation to BU.- Provide finance partnering by working closely with commercial & marketing teams in delivering market growth and profitability objectives.- Provide support to the Finance Director for timely analysis on ad hoc request & on Strategic Projects.- Working with Global Treasury, Global Tax teams on market specific critical projects

Job Related Experience:
Business Partnering:
- Partnering with the Sales Director, Head of Tender, Head of Supply Chain, Demand Manager and Marketing Director to track and report financial impact of business plans and projects.- Carry out all ancillary reporting activities including and not limited to phasing, foreign exchange rate and cost flips, coordination of submission of actual results in financial planning system, preparing offline templates and presentations for submissions to area.- Analyze opportunities for optimization in areas of pricing, volume, G2N discounts, and A&P.- Support the marketing team in preparing brand P&Ls, NPDs, pricing strategies and A&P management / efficiency.- Look out for any risks and opportunities to the business and provide analysis to the FD and the GM.- Provide technical support to the FD on key financial issues and strategic projects for the market.- Cash flow analysis & forecasting and liaising with treasury in managing the working capital needs of the Saudi LOC- Partnering with Head of Distributor Operations for forecasting and reporting of platform costs.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Leading month-end closing process by ensuring timely submission of all deliverables required by BU.- Analysis & provide recommendations for adverse business trends to ensure delivery of corporate financial & business objectives.- Provide visibility to the management on performance and spend by providing monthly and adhoc financial reports per requirement.- Analysis of monthly actual spend and to market sales vs. budget, YTD /YTG trend analysis.- Support the head of supply chain in analysis of monthly inbound freight costs, expiries, distribution and warehousing costs.

Operational Finance:
- Close coordination with distributor teams with respect to compensations and debit notes related issues and settlements.- Coordination with IFRS 16 team to ensure correct treatment of leasing contracts.- Managing G2N tool in service now from control and change management perspective.- Liaising with external experts (tax consultants, actuary, professional accountants) with respect to various business needs including tax issues, stock count services etc.- Performing ICFW controls relevant to LOC finance including revenue recognition, G2N, market review of actuals etc.- Work with C&C team to ensure timely completion of external audit and responding to external auditors queries and requests for information.- Working with different team supporting the Market (GCC, HUB, ICSS and Genpact) in closing out the books on monthly basis- Cashflow forecasting for Legal entity and working with Global Tax in managing profitability.

Accountability- Ensure deliveries of the objectives/ monthly tasks as per agreed timelines.- Timely delivery of projects.
